    Position Overview

    We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Engineer – Cranes to join our team in Rijswijk. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for SANY crane products. This position requires hybrid working flexibility and regular travel within the Benelux region to support our customers onsite.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform installation, commissioning, inspection, maintenance, and repair of SANY cranes at customer sites.
    • Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
    • Support customers with technical advice, training, and operational guidance.
    • Collaborate closely with the technical support team in Europe and headquarters in China.
    • Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
    • Ensure compliance with company service standards and safety regulations.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in aftersales and service processes.

     

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or vocational diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
    • 2–3 years of relevant work experience in service engineering, preferably in cranes, heavy machinery, or construction equipment.
    • Strong technical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience.
    • Fluent in English (spoken & written). Knowledge of Dutch, French, or German is a plus.
    • Willingness to travel frequently within the Benelux region.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multicultural team.
    • Valid driver’s license.
